Ferrtron
Magnets made of Ferrtron® material, based on Strontium Ferrite, are produced in the largest quantities due to their wide application in various industry sectors. The use of the injection molding method to produce these magnets allows us to obtain products with complex polar structures. In addition, thanks to the affordable price of the material itself, it is possible in this case to form magnets together with integrated functional elements made of the same material. Among other things, it is possible to produce this way pump impellers, in which the magnetic part is integrated with the blades for pumping liquid, as well as such elements as various types of hooks, ribs, etc. This is a huge advantage of these magnets, which affects simplification of the production or assembly technologies and is economically advantageous.
