Plastic Bonded Magnets
Plastic Bonded Magnets (Plasto-Ferrites or Bonded Neo Magnets) manufactured by injection molding are mainly used in angle and rotation sensors and as rotors in electric motors. In contrast to magnets produced by other methods, they can be produced in serial production in more complex shapes. Thanks to the use of injection molds, it is also possible to obtain a more diversified course of the magnetic field lines and to integrate additional functional elements made of a different material directly in the injection process.
In the field of permanent magnets production, we specialize in magnets with a polymer matrix, i.e. injection-molded magnets consisting of magnetic powder and polymeric base materials. We have experience in the production of magnetic solutions with various combinations of magnetic powder and polymers. These include:
- Strontium Ferrite (Ferrite)
- Neodymium Iron Boron (NdFeB)
- Samarium Cobalt (SmCo)
- Polyamide 6 (PA6)
- Polyamide 12 (PA12)
- Phenylene Polysulfide (PPS)
We operate at all technological stages – from the development of the product itself to the implementation of serial production. Our magnets control, regulate, activate and drive various functions both in technically advanced devices and everyday objects.
